Everything you need to get your next collaboration started.

What can I hire a creator for?

Choose influencer promotion, where a creator publishes to their audience; UGC production, where they make content for your channels; or a licensed digital twin, where you agree on a specific use of their approved likeness and voice.

Can one campaign include all three?

Yes. Create separate briefs or orders for each service and keep the creators, deliverables, rights, and approvals together in your workspace.

Who owns the content and the creator’s likeness?

Each collaboration defines its own content usage terms. A digital twin license grants only the agreed uses for the agreed period. The creator retains control of their identity and reviews the proposed uses.

How do content approvals work?

Review submitted versions, request changes, and approve the final asset in the order workspace. Influencer orders also require publication evidence. Digital twin projects have separate creator consent, likeness, script, and brand review steps.

Which creators can I find?

Search covers public Instagram and TikTok creators with 100,000 followers or more, with their public audience size and engagement. When you request a creator who is not on MobWorx yet, our team contacts them, confirms their interest and rates, and introduces you. You never receive a creator’s private contact details.

I’m a creator. Can I change or remove my profile?

Yes. Claim your profile to set your rates and choose which collaborations you offer, or remove it from search at any time from the link on your profile page.

Can a creator offer more than one service?

Yes. A creator can list influencer packages, UGC packages, and digital twin licenses in the same profile, with different deliverables and prices.

Can creators turn down a project?

Yes. A request is an invitation to collaborate. Creators can review the scope, propose terms, or decline before accepting work.

What happens when content needs changes?

The brand can request a revision with a specific note. The next submission becomes a new version and requires a new review.

How do digital twins work on a store?

The creator’s approved twin runs as the live salesperson on your product pages through Brandz. It answers from your catalog and policies, and the creator approves the script. You pay a setup fee and a monthly licence; the creator earns from both.

Is there a product demo?

Yes — the product demo shows the brand, creator, and admin workspaces with sample data. Nothing in it is sent to real people.
